Activities

SFA Foundation Inc offers a range of interactive engagement opportunities. From virtual field trips and multi-week, cohort-based programs, to birthday parties, and  public events, we offer a range of activities throughout the year. Our next multi-session program will be in-person at the historic College Park Airport in Spring 2025.  Be on the look out for our pop-up events!

STEAM Explorers

This program engages students (K-12) in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) through hands-on activities, workshops, and projects. By fostering a love for STEAM subjects from an early age, we aim to inspire the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.

Project GLOW

Specically designed for middle school girls, Project GLOW (Girls Learning Opportunities and Wellness) focuses on building confidence, leadership, and skills in STEAM fields. Through mentorship, workshops, and community projects, we empower young women to pursue their interests in STEM and develop a strong sense of self-worth.

E-STEAM Careers

This program introduces high school students to various career opportunities in STEAM fields. Participants engage in career exploration activities, networking events, and hands-on projects that provide real0world experience and insight into potential career paths.

Career Catalyst

Aimed at high school and undergraduate students, Career Catalys offers resources and support for career readiness, including resume writing workshops, interview preparation, and internship opportunities. This program helps students transition from education to the workforce successfully.
